There are several important reasons to start your Long-Term Care Planning at work:

But the biggest reason of all to start your Long-Term Care Planning at work is:
One of the most important aspects of Long-Term Care Planning is “your money may pay your premiums, but your health buys your protection.”
Simplified Issue is only available to employees hired after October 1, 2017, and their spouse/domestic partner.
To be eligible for reduced health questions, employees must be 18-64 years old; spouses/domestic partners must be 18-49, and working at least 20 hour per week. If an employee or spouse falls outside these guidelines, full medical underwriting is required.
In order for the spouse to apply with fewer health-related questions, the eligible employee must also apply.
